2.) Europe - Study the feasibility of setting up manufacturing and sales joint ventures.
3.) South America - Maximize current technical tie-up and study the feasibility of setting up a joint venture.
4.) Asia - Study technological alliance.
March 2001 RIKEN's piston ring manufacturing facilities in Kashiwazaki, Japan and Kumagaya, Japan received ISO14000 certificates.
